AVI sprints...

Hi all,
I have been struggling with this for awhile: How do you slow down an AVI when you make a walkthrough? I use Revit Structure but want to have some basic knowledge of creating walkthroughs. When I make it, and export it, it always runs too quickly like I am sprinting through the scene. Do I need more frames per second? Less?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Total Number of Frames / Frame Rate = Total Running Time in seconds

When editing the walkthrough select the FRAME SETTINGS button on the options bar. This will allow you to change the total number of frames and frame rate in the file. As you change the total number of frames the elapsed time between key frames will be adjusted to suit.
