How do you draw the curbs?

I was just wondering how everyone draw their curbs?
Since there is no curb tools, and splitting terrain to get the curb is a bit dodgy, I was wondering is there other method?.. I saw there is a curb family at Revit City but I am not too sure how it work exactly. It doesn't seem to follow the terrain and you can't edit the shape once you draw it on site.. any ideas?

Okay, you can't sweep along a topo path...yet, but it really is not that hard to create a wall that sits level with the kerbing and the same width. Simply extrude as required...If the contours change, simply edit in elevation the wall, not too hard.
