This is a WIP set of working drawings. It is far from complete but Martin P began the work and has been asking for a peekfor some time, so here it is. Aside from that I am posting it along with a set of keynotes so that you can see how I'm dealing with project annotation right now.
I have started using a detailed keynote, rather than just a number and a long description, but in the keynotes other fields I link to spec. clauses and, by instance note the view that it appears in. I can now produce a schedule filtered by view so that each sheet can have the relevant notes displayed. It seems to be working pretty well for me.
A DWF and the keynotes are attached.
As per myheader this is offered for comments on working method, not beauty of product.
Any one managged to download this dwf I get "Unsupported file type [CAdEPlotDocument::LoadStream : 595]" !!!
I've started using key notes recently following a tip somwhere on the forum, so I'm interested to see exactly how your doing it Peter. I'll try on the office machine tomorrow

Let me know if you have any trouble - I can purge the file and email it to you if you like.

rhys.....you have to mouse over the download text, right click and "save target as"....then open the filet from the loacation you saved it to.......dwf files don't seem to load up straight off the net.
That worked - strange DWF's seem to open OK from my own website.
Peter a fine set of drawings - you are using Keynotes slightly differently from me and it looks as if I've been doing it in a very roundabout way, with a new keynote for each note in the project browser rather than setting them all up in one family doh!
If you have time, I think a step by step description of how you do it in Tips and Tricks , would be useful for people not yet using keynotes.

Peter,
Thanks for sharing your project with us. It was very useful. I have been trying to learn how to use Revit through the tutorials and from the Library Project supplied by Autodesk. I am more interested in residential projects. I was wondering whether you have any completed residential projects in Revit format that do not mind sharing with all of us? I would like to see how you do some of your tricks. Please forgive me for my indecorous request. I just love Revit and I want to learn more from what others are doing.
