Is it possible to create a wall family that works as the ceiling family does, with a parametric grid pattern? Thank you!

You could use a Curtain Wall with another Wall as the Panel... you "should" be able to accentuate the joint between them with a custom mullion (but that's currently beyond my meager - but growing - skills).

All Revit patterns are "parametric". You could in fact use the ceiling pattern on the face of a wall if you like.

Yes, that works, but I can not "press and drag" the grid to define start edges and such, which is part of what what we are looking for. Thank you for your help.

But you can hover over a line in the pattern, hit TAB until it highlights, and then use the move tool to move it to any position you'd like.

...and use the align tool to position and possibly rotate at angles other than 90.

Move, align and rotate all work on patterns as long as they are 'model' patterns.
