Anyone have any tips on modeling stairs? I have been trying to model a 6 story stair where the railings wrap continuously. The problem, is the floor to floor heights change as you work your way up the building. I an using the multi-story setting where I can. However, since you cannot draw over a line in sketch mode, the railings are not continuous. Also, as they wrap the landing, they become somewhat distorted. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Multi-story stairs are intended for floor to floor heights which remain consistent from the bottom level to the top level. You can run into problems where a stair requires more than one landing between floors (a very high floor to floor height) and the stair returns on itself.
If the stair is a simple two runs with a landing the handrails should work fairly well with a muti-story arrangement.
