Hatch is not displaying in view (was Need Help)

I'm unable to get my tile pattern to show on ground floor which i have applied to a split face, but yet i can see it on level 1, what might be causing this? Or is their an alternative way to show a tile "hatch" in my WC etc?

Go to your Visibility Graphics (VV or VG) and make sure that your floor surface pattern is turned on. Also make sure that your pattern settings are set correctly for this view - as far as color in the Visibility Graphics dialog.
