Visibility state loses its dynamicness when Block moved from one space to another

I have Dynamic block with visibility state attached to it that loses its dynamicness when it's moved from one space to another using CHSPACE command.
When it's moved from PS to MS action grip disappears but when it's moved back to PS action grip comes back.
Is this a bug or is there a way around it?

I've had the same problems as well with DBs and have been unsuccessful in troubleshooting the issue. Sorry. Check the other threads wth similar names and find out for yourself.
