I am working on an addition to an existing house. I have my topo drawn and my existng grading elevation heights range from 101'-90' but i want my elevation tags of my building sections and elevations to show 0'-0" for the First floor plan. If i set the building elevations at 0 then my site is floating way in the air. How do i make the two work together?

Check the help docs for "Relocate This Project".

Under level properties, set the Elevation Base value to Project rather than shared.

Go to the tutorials: Help>Tutorials>Documenting Your Project>Annotating and Dimensioning>Setting the Base Elevation of a Project
There's the answer you're after.

Just to clarify...each of our answers is part of the puzzle but Studio3p's post is the collective solution. The tutorial will resolve the issue and the other two answers will make more sense after the tutorial.
