Hi,

I have multiple phases in my project and have so labelled them in my drawing schedule. My problem is that once the sheet is checked in the schedule it shows up as a big YES or NO (if unchecked) in my schedule. I would like to have it just show up as a DOT for sheets in that phase and blank if not.

if anyone has any ideas please let me know-thanks!

Unfortunately the only way I have done this is by using a 'line' of the schedule as a detail component and use a schedule to manage the list. A visibility parameter of a dot within the component is set to yes/no.

See this thread. (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=14292&highlight=schedule)

Hope this helps

Another option is possible though less obvious perhaps. I wrote an article about it called Matrix Schedules (http://revitoped.blogspot.com/2005/11/matrix-schedules.html) in my blog a few months ago.

Great tip Steve. I've been using it alot lately. While it may seem like a pain to go to the Character Map to copy the special character, I've just included it in the template, so we don't even think about it any more.
It is a minor pain to go through and create a new project parameter for each major set release. But in the end, it works and looks great!
