When exporting files to acad, a PCP file is also created for the pen assignment. The PCP file is set to colour printing. Is there a way to set it to all black with lineweights? Also is there a way to specify the PCP file in advance (single PCP file for all exported files).

in autocadd there should be an option to create a ctb file. in the ctb file editor make sure the pen assingment is set to black and not automatic. if you are using a really old version of acad (i dont know that you could open a revit convert file) you could use the hpconfig command to bring up a similar dialoge box, where once again, set all you pens to black.
