Recommended Autocad 2006 books

Can anyone recommend a really good Autocad 2006 book? I'm looking for general use and customization in one book. Que used to make some decent books but I haven't seen any lately on 2006.

although I have never used it, from what I read on Cadalyst, Elise Moss's autocad bible (http://aec.cadalyst.com/aec/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=318586&searchString=autocad%20bible)is a good non-industry-specific book for autocad. follow the link for an outline of what appears in the book.
