Window Schedule

How do you get the right Level to show up in the schedule? I have Level 1 Existing and Level 1 New. I am trying to get the schedule to show Level 1 new but it will only show Level 1 Existing. Any thoughts welcome.

My phases are set correctly to Existing and New construction respectively.

Set to New but I still get Level Existing and not Level 1 New

Are the two levels needed because you are adding a "level" to the building?

It sounds like you are mixing phases and levels together when Revit's plan view is based on a single "level" that can have multiple displays based on phase and phase filter.

Yes, it's a two story school we are remodeling and adding to. I have always created an existing view, new view and demo view of each level, but this is the first time I have been asked to create a window schedule. I do recall lhaving the same issue with door schedules.

If you have two phases: 'Existing' and 'New'

Then set the properties of the window schedule to Phase = New, Phase Filter = Previous plus new (or show complete)
