Printing issue with this family

Please take a look at this chair family. I downloaded this from autodesk revit center, modified it to my use. The problem I am having is when I print, the chair arms will not show. I have checked double checked visibilty settings in the family, of the sweeps, view range....every possible thing I could think of...I need to print this asap, any quick solutions ?

You have to join the seat of the chair with the arms.
So I rebuild the seat > and joined them

I posted version 1 instead of version 2 with a fixed back cushion. (I deleted that one by accident in version 1....)
