Do I uninstall Revit 6.0 first before I install 6.1?

I am a little behind the times due to surgery and rehab. I want to update my Revit subscription from 6.0 to 6.1. I have the 6.1 CD via snail mail. Do I uninstall Revit 6.0 first and then install Revit 6.1? Or install 6.1 over 6.0?

Also, what folder do I put my Revit 6.1 "content" when the Setup Autodesk Revit 6.1 dialogue box pops up?

Please help me "git-going" again!

Meg, you can leave 6.0 on or you can remove it before installing 6.1. I have left 6 & 6.1 on my laptop. However if you double click an existing revit rvt file, it will automatically start 6.1. You don't need to worry about content, the revit installer again will automatically setup new content folders. Note, you will have to get 6.1 authorsied, the existing authorisation for 6 will not work. Hope this helps.
