Single hung window - keep opening arrow centered as Block stretches

I'm making a DB of a single hung window. I added a stretch for the length and it works fine however on my block I have a arrow showing which way the window opens and I cant get it to stay centered as I stretch my block. So if anyone knows how can you let me know

Have you tried this thread (Dynamic Block file sharing anyone?)? It has a lot of examples of different types of Dynamic Blocks.

So if anyone knows how can you let me knowadd a 'move' action for each direction parameter, but set the distance multiplier to '.5' and it should work like you desire.
