PDF.pc3 bolds all Text, no matter what CTB file is set to

Is it just me, or when you plot a file using the dwg to pdf.pc3 it bolds all your text and no matter what you do with ctb files they dont effect it?

any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is there anyway to get this pc3 file to work in ACAD05?
