Room Areas

Is there a way to enclose an area, which isn't actually fully closed by walls, so that when a room tag is inserted, it only selects the area which you want it to? so maybe some sort of boundary? And maybe this is possibly with outdoor areas, so as to be able to get the total areas of verandah's, porch's etc.

Use Room Separation lines or Area Boundary lines.

Thanks!! will the dashed separation lines be printed? and if so can they be hidden, so as not to be printed?

Hi Aaron,

Both line types can be turned off using Vis Graphics - Model Categories > Lines > Area Boundary or Room Separation. ( Otherwise they will print )
