Stair Text Problem

I created a project in 5.1 and now I'm using 6.1. How do I reduce the size of the up/dn text. If I created the stair in 6.1, the text is the proper size. Thanks

Duplicate the the stair type and the new type will have the extra parameters but will retain your old settings.

I tried it again and does not work. Maybe I'm brain dead and I did it wrong.
