Hi all,
OK, this is a bit off the structural path. I am doing a house re-model and trying to show existing, existing + demo, and existing + new construction views. So I created three views and set the phases and filters accordingly.
In one existing wall a new window is being installed. The window object is set to New Construction with phase filter set to none. Looks good in the new construction view.
But the existing view while not showing the window, still shows an opening, which does not reflect the existing condition. That should show in the demo phase. In the demo phase the opening shows but not the window which I thought I would see red like all the other demo stuff.
I am just learning phasing so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Phasing can get confusing very fast....First off always make sure everything is demo'd in new construction not Exist, if it's demo'd in exist it will make it temporary, this means your demo plans need to be set to New construction not Exist...this is the confusing part.

Here's and example file to help you...look at the 3d views phasing settings and look at the phase filters...

Hi David,
I looked at your project but still have not solved the issue. I am posting the offending wall here to see if you might look at it and give me your opinion. I am stumped....

Thanks,
