Underlay Visibility

It would be nice to have control of the visibility of the Underlay's. To maybe have a slider that you could adjust for the screening/ transparency of an underlay. Would also be nice to have the ability to have each underlay's screening/ transparency editable so you could change each one separately. I find that the default screen/ transparency is a little to light for our use.
