How would I model this brick corbel?

What would be the best way to model this brick corbel?

The ground floor storey has a spleyed corner, and this will be corbelled out to form a 90 deg corner at first floor level.

I can split the walls to get the straight sections of wall, but I am lost on the corbel

A void extrusion should cut the wall the way you want.

I think to get the angled wall you would have to do the void to the top of the corbel and then add the corbel bricks afterwards.
