converting to dwg

hello..

hope you understand this question. Most elements i can assign autocadlayers to.
but when i export to DWG windows completely stay one layer in the acad dwg file.
how can this be?

and does REVIT Building 9 give better control, for this?

When exporting you can assign specific layers to specific elements. See the attach image.

Is the window family a custom family you personally did?
It might be that you have not subcategorised your elements. In other words, is glass on a glass subcategory?

Revit exports the whole window as a block entity. However, if your subcategories and layers are sorted then so should the result be.

ah yes i feel a bit stupid,
the problem was with the subcategory assignment in the families
