Changing the "Open" dialogue box?

I am wondering if anyone has found a registry edit that allows changes to the dialogue box when you are Opening a file. I would like to have our master file directory on top followed by our family and group directories. Every time I move the order of the icons and re-open the box the Desktop, Networking Places, and My Computer move right back up to the top. Any ideas?

You can go to File Locations under Options in Revit and set what direction the Imperial Library icon points to, and if you also set the default user directory to your master directory, then the Open dialogue should automatically come up there unless you have most recently navigated to a different directory.
