Afternoon all,
I am looking for a little help...
Is there a way to have view ports invisible or removed for some info (not all) that I bring into my sheets? I have things such as general notes built in legends and when I bring them in it brings over the viewport. (maybe there is a better place to store my notes.. I don't want to have to re-type them each time)
Please let me know,
Thanks,
Christine

have a look at View Properties > Extents>Crop Region - Crop Region Visible.

Sorry Eddy.. I don't think we are talking about the same thing
When you are setting up your sheets you insert your titleblock and then you are ready to bring in your elevations/floor plans etc.. when ever you bring something in you have a viewport that gives the sheet name/scale/sheet number/etc that is attached to each drawing.. well i have created all my notes in legends and now when i bring them in it includes a viewport.. i would like to be able to remove it from my notes but not from the plan/detail... or is there a better way to store my notes?
I hope this clears it up a little

If you are refering to not showing the view title for your note legends just TAB click the title and then dragit off of your sheet and and it will not print.
