level tags

i have several level tags on an elevation, all of which are completely controllable except one. This one individual level extends far away from the actual drawing area and is stuck there - i can't seem to move it. any tips?

Perhaps you have pinned the level.
Select the level > find out if a pushpin display's > if so > right click on it > Toggle Pin.

no pin. i can edit it when the 2d switch is toggled, but there remains a sort of reference line (not an actual one).
