Create a Water Color look in 3DS MAX

Does anyone know of any information or tutorials on creating a watercolor look in a 3ds max rendering?

Would the following plugin be of any help...

Other stand alone programs can give you similar effects if you are working on static images - either by themselves or with additional plugins. These could be programs such as Photoshop or Corel Painter...

I can vaguely recall a program that only produced artistic effects on images, and I think it was called Picasso, yet I am unable to find anything that resembles it.

Another type of product could be

Art Master Pro (http://www.fo2pix.com/products/proproducts_more.php?id=565_0_16_0_C), but have a look at all the products on Fo2PiX (http://www.fo2pix.com/main.php) to see if there's anthing suitable there

It's a great program that preserves the vector information of the model and allows you to paint on the actual faces of the geometry - it's a rather smart program.
