Good Books?

I'll soon be installing Revit Building 9- are there any really good books out there for tutorials? I'm better with hardcopy than I am with PFD's or online tutorials.

Sham Tickoo has a book entitled "Autodesk Revit Building 8 for Architects and Designers" which is pretty good, but too expensive. There is also "Introduction and Implementing Autodesk Revit Building" by Autodesk Press. It is a RB 8 book, and the topics are covered pretty well. The authors have different styles, so if you are lucky your local Borders might have both copies to compare.
