I made a battered wall in the Massing Tool by blend. Then I cut out a shape using voids. When I tried to place a wall on the battered wall, Revit would not do it. Any ideas??

A sketch would help. You tried to place a wall on the battered wall .... ?

Did the wall style contain sweeps or voids? Revit can't place those on non-vertical walls and can only use 'basic' wall types.

Perhaps your wall type was too wide for a sharp curvature change in your blend. Try to use a thin wall first.

Also, if you could post your mass here, it would help diagnose your problem.

Phil Read presented a technique at AU last year for a battered wall that simply used a sweep. The sweep needs to be the in the desired shape of the wall, which doesn't allow for any variation in the wall's height. Also, you need need to specify your sweep as "cuttable", which allows doors and windows to cut completely through your wall and wall sweep.
