Can anyone let me know where on my system I can find the Revit graphics?
I would like to modify things such as the stair arrow (incl. line), the leader, etc?

They are either family based or on the visibility/graphics dialog which you can access by typinh vg at the keyboard.

The stair arrow cannot be modified, but the text size and font for UP and DN can be modified in the Type properties of the stair. Settings for leaders are found in the text type properties and leader customization is under Settings-Annotations-Arrowheads.
