Change exterior finish material on existing wal

Here's the situation. We have building (running bond brick on CMU) to which we are adding a new building. On the existing portion adjacent to the new portion, we want to change a section of brick from running bond to stack bond. What is the best way to handle this while keeping the Existing, Demo and New plans, elevations and renderings accurate?

Would doing a split face and painting the portion with stack bond work for you?

I have also inserted a curtain wall (plain) and replaced the panel with the desired wall type, then cut the geometry of the 2 wall

Consider keeping your wall finises separate from the structure. Then you can demolish onw without the other. Use join geometry to allow opening to go through.
