Pinning all the walls

I'm working on a fairly large school project, CMU and bar joist construction. Almost all interior walls are CMU. Probably by tonight I'm going to finally have all walls set in their final locations. Would it be smart to just pin all the walls in place to make sure they don't move around for whatever reason? And I mean select all walls, and hit the Pin button to lock them all in place. Any drawbacks?

I really really really wish there was a way to lock/finalize wall joins so they wouldn't keep moving around on me.
