Adding a new arrowhead?

Is it possible to add a new arrowhead into Revit? If so, how?

BTW: I like the feel of the new site. Need to get used to going through all the different levels to get to Revit.

You can only change the size and shape ( & some other things) of the existing arrow head types.
You can't create your own custom arrow heads.
