CUI keyboard shortcut vs. PGP file

Any thoughts on using the CUI keyboard shortcuts vs. editing the PGP file?

My feeling is that there's certain things that wold work better in one over the other.

The PGP permits multiple characters (CR<Enter>) to act as command. These aliases are limited to only starting a command. You cannot provide arguments to the command.

The CUI Keyboard Shortcuts only allow you to specify a single keystroke combination (Ctrl+B) to execute the macro. However, you are permitted to make the macro a simple or complex as needed.
