Elliptical walls?

We have a floating elliptical-shaped soffit (ceiling element) and want to put a vertical wall around it to close it off as a soffit, so it will look correct in elevations and sections. I don't see ellipse under the tools for drawing walls, what's the deal with that? Also if I switch to the pick tool, it will not let me choose an elliptical edge, only straight or arc-shaped.

You could also create an in place family - extrude an elliptical wall or sweep a rectangle along an elliptical path.

will do... we ended up just doing 4 arc'd walls, which is probably how it will be measured out in the field anyway.
