Trying to copy and item in a Family???

I am trying to make a Louver family and am stuck on how to have the louvers themselves multiply to accommodate the height of the opening. I am sure there is a way to do this I just don't know how.

Here is what I am trying to do:
- Make a single louver from an extrusion
- I then made an integer parameter that equals the number of louvers need
i.e. = height of opening / 6" ... So it would equal 4 for a 24" high opening
- Here is my problem
How do I make the louver copy itself 4 times to accomplish this
Or is another way to make many copies of louvers and then only show 4 louvers based off the integer parameter
Or is there another way!!!

What may be easier is creating the louvres in a seperate family, and then nesting them into the the main family. By arraying them vertically, you can apply an array parameter.
