Test Failed ?

System Details:
AutoCAD 2002 on Windows XP
HP 5000 DesignJet Plotter
approx 30 networked users

Greetings,

Every now and again the users recieve a message when trying to plot: "Test Failed".

In order to plot they remove the printer and add it again. I guess that the error is network traffic related - is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

Note, the above says it applies only to AutoCAD 2000 and the "AutoCAD 2000 Plotting Update" patch, but hopefully it may point you in the right direction to finding a solution.
