Lock constraints in R9

Anyone else notice the improvement in locking constraints in R9? The locks are consistently showing up in the center of my screen, and not on top of each other. I've been noticing it a lot lately, didn't even notice in the Beta, must not have been doing much constraining (??) anyway, Thanks to the factory, had to post a mention because it's just been working so smoothly, i notice the lack of scrolling everytime i hit a lock!

Did they by any chance fix the temporary dimensions showing up way off the screen if you're zoomed in real close?

The temp. dimension text stays constant no matter what the zoom level, they should at least make the dimension offset from the object stay constant at any zoom level, as well.

No - it looks like the temp. dimensions are still located in space, not by screen.
