Is there a way to lock the location of the toolbar used when editing a table?

I am constantly having to move it because it always seems to be right on top of the column header.

I am constantly having to move it because it always seems to be right on top of the column header.I in 2005, there are no right-click options on this, and I just tried to dock it, and it sure didn't work... (in fact, I lost it off the edge of the screen. HA!)

I in 2005, there are no right-click options on this, and I just tried to dock it, and it sure didn't work... (in fact, I lost it off the edge of the screen. HA!)I went ahead and tried this in 2007 and 2008 and there is still no way to dock this toolbar.
