customizing spell check

does anybody know how to customize the spell checker and also know how to map it so everyone in the office can access it/ have the most curent one?

Hi there

Revit creates a custom dictionary called Custom.Dic in your C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Building 9\Program folder the first time you add a new custom entry from your spellcheck.

I don't think you can specify the location of this file and replacing the file with a shortcut of the same name pointing to a network location doesn't work!

I think your best bet would be to have a central dictionary which is copied from the server to your workstations on a regular basis (using XCOPY, ROBOCOPY or something similar).
