Getting Express tools to work with AutoCAD 2006

Hello I have upgrade from acad2000 to acad2006
I can't use Express tool anymore.
Is there an update of this toos somewhere to download?

I assume that you still have the Express tools folder?
Have you tried MENULOAD to manually load the express tools menu?

You must install the ET for 2006. They are included on your 2006 media disk.

It may already be installed, did you try the commands EXPRESSMENU and/or EXPRESSTOOLS?

I can't load the arx files but I've checked if express funtions already existed and yes, I can extend to block, draw a cloud..I suppose only the lsp routines are still available
but I can't explode a block and keep the attribute as text.

Have you tried un-installing Express Tools, then re-installing them from the AutoCAD 2006 installation CD ?

Do you mean you can't load the ARX files from your 2000 ET? Of course not, they won't work in 2006.

If you are trying to make the 2000 ET work in 2006, forget it. There is no reason to do that, the ET comes with 2006, no additional charge. Install the right version and you are done.
