room tagging

Wev'e drawn up an existing building and tagged all the existing rooms and have demolished most of the existing rooms. Wev'e also drawn in the new rooms and are in the process of adding the new room tags. How do you differentiate the old tags from the new tags? What I would like to do is have existing tags be on an existing phase and the new on the new phase, but it doesn't let you do that. Any suggestions?

It will, but it changed in release 9.

If using release 9, make sure that when you create the room, the view is in the phase you want the room to land. One way to verify this is to select a room, go to properties, & see which phase it's assocated with.

Once you get the rooms matched with the correct phase, they'll be phase dependent, & the tags will follow.
