Structural Fdn Ftg - New Type

How do I get a new profile/definition into the Bearing Footing used by the Structural>Fdn>Wall command?
I need to use what we call a "D.O.T." footing under a retainer wall (has a 'shear key' or 'toe' at the bottom of the footing).

This object is a system family and has a simple representation with no option to assign a profile that I am aware of. If you need a more elaborate foundation footing you'll need to apply a sweep to the bottom of the wall either in the wall style or as a hosted sweep. You can also apply such a sweep to the floor edge if one is present.
