Keynote Leaders

Is it possible to have the leaders have an filled arrow or filled dot like text leaders where they meet the material?

Yes - select a keynote object, go to properties, then the Edit/New button, and then change the value in the Leader Arrowhead box. This assumes you are using the v9 keynote object.
