Combine Schedule Columns

Is there a way to do this, such as combining Width x Height for Door or Window Schedules? Revit 9.

Not in just one cell, but you can probably make it look pretty close with formating your table.

Could you expand on this thought? For example: Could I add an "X" between Width and Height in the Header Area? Could I remove the vertical line in the schedule between width and height?

I know ADT was missing this feature for years, but concatenation was added several years back and it would be nice to get in Revit too.

You can select the headers and group them like this.

Then you can add a group title.
