Is there a method to have the grid lines show in a 3D view?

First you will want to create a line style found under the settings menu. Then you could create “line” (3d line) overtop the grid line, lock it, and will show in a 3d view. In plan, turn off the created line style by using your visibility settings (vv keyboard shortcut).
I hope this helps!

Another option - create a view showing gridlines only. Export that view to .dwg or .dxf. Import into your 3D view (use Current View only if necessary).

But if a change is made with the grids, you will have to redo this process over again.
