Anyone know what this does? If you right click on your toolbar, you can enable the "Track Changes" toolbar. (Capture 1).

"Track Changes" will highlight changes (supposedly). Right now, its highlighted several elements, many of which haven't changed in a few days. There's no way to reset the record, and there's no help file.

If it matters, I'm using Revit Structure 3 (RS3) Build 20050511_2300. This wasn't enabled in the previous build (I think).

Did you export your model to an analysis program?
The Track Changes will highlight changes made to your Revit Structure model after the model was exported and then re-imported back into Revit Structure.
If you enable "Highlight Changed", most likely all elements will be highlighted because the analysis programs will add additional parameters to elements that are specific to that program.
If you enable "Highlight New" It will highlight members that were added outside of Revit Structure.
The "List Deleted" lists all elements deleted outside of Revit Structure.
The next time you export the model, a window will pop up to let you know "All track changes will be cleared"

This is an initial way for the user to keep track of changes made during analysis.

Very nice. I don't see the Highlight New or List Deleted. Are these also in the drop down shown in the screen capture, or somewhere else?
