AutoCAD 2006 - Arx_error: NotThatKindOfClass

I have drawings that were edited in 2007, but I've been using 2002 to work on, but now I'm up to 2006 and I'm getting the Arx error, not that kind of class error. I used 2006 and saved the drawings to 2002 to get rid of that in 2002, but it's still here in 2006. What's going on? Why are errors like this showing up in 2006 but not in 2002?

Actually, I just had a guy here have that problem with a drawing that was worked on in ACAD 2007 LT. When he opened it back up in ACAD 2005 he got that error and ARX Error: eDuplicateKey.
