I just purchased a palm lifedrive and I was wondering if anyone out Augi Land could
point me towards any applications that would be good to use at work.

I have checked most of the freeware sites and turned up a few conversion utilities.
If I can find the links, I will post them.

Anything good out there?

Anything good out there?Keep me apprised on your use. My wife has one and it has a case of the locks and freezes, which requires a complete reboot. As much as she likes it she's eying my old reliable T3

Im running into lockups, freezes, reset loops, etc.
I am currently sending it back to palm for replacement/repair.

Freezes typically occur when the battery seems to fall under half full.
I am guessing the battery meter is not accurate. Once that happens,
you might as well hook up the unit for a restoration.

Definately need a charging cradle to keep it warm and cozy.

The device, when working, is quite functional for a pda.

A few programs:
I have been using Oxford dictionary/thesaurus on SD card.
This is a great program to have because it also comes with
a cd version that I can use on my laptop.

Adobe PDF is not real useful. Any PDF I try using is almost too
small to read. I tried some PDF files of AutoCad drawings in letter size.
I couldn't make out too many details, however, I could see the linework.

Excel files seem to view ok on the lifedrive due to the included documents to go software.
I am glad that I do not have to purchase it separately. Mucho dinero for this title.

I am looking to get a copy of pocket money. Might be the only way that
I actually use Microsoft Money. I cannot bring myself to fully boot my PC
for punching in my purchases.

Anything else out there?
