Is there a way I can create a continuous rail the runs up the length of a multi story stair or even if I have 2 difference sets of stairs stacked. Right now I can only run the railing one stair and not connect to the next stair. And when I use the multi story stair method, the railing does not wrap at the landings, leaving a gap.

I've looked around on the forum and couldn't find anything relating to my problem. I'm new to Revit and I'm not sure if this issue has already been worked out.

Any help or direction would be great.

A railing can only be hosted by one stair. A railing can run beyond or start before the stair that hosts it. So a railing could start on a stair and continue on at the landing to wrap back around the ledge of the floor surround the stair opening for example. In this case the railing could not reconnect to tie in at the start naturally since it is on a different level now. You'll probably need to find a flat area where two railings can meet so it looks like one.

That's what I figured. Thanks for the help!
