Is it possible to put a pad at an angle down a sloped site, as a driveway?
if not whats the best method to do so?

Can't do sloping pads - we just do a pad as far as it can go before it pops out, then do another pad a few cm lower before it pops out, etc. You could also edit your topo surface fairly precisely as a different option.

I place a pad deep, just to get the area cut out, then use a floor or a ramp or whatever I can use to generate the driveway. This works OK unless the road that your driveway comes off of is also sloping. Then I just approximate and avoid 3d views.
This is one of the areas that the Revit factory workers need to get onto their to-do list. (IMHO)
